    Be prepared to sweat it out during this 60-minute class filled with excitement. You’ll be encouraged to push yourself as we cycle on beat to our favorite songs. The tempo of this class will provide a full-body workout, targeting multiple muscle groups in a vibrant and motivating class environment.

  • R&B Groove

    Ride out to our favorite old-school and new R&B hits during this sweat-inducing ride. This 30-minute ride blends the energizing elements of cycling with the soulful beats of R&B. Get ready to pedal to the beat as you experience a unique and rhythmic workout experience.

  • Soulful Spin

    This 30-minute class is a journey designed to keep you moving, grooving, and motivated while experiencing an exhilarating workout experience. This moderately intense class allows you to challenge yourself while being motivated by the inspiring sounds of gospel and uplifting music.

  • The Pulse

    Our classic 45-minute ride features a blend of our favorite hits, old and new. The Pulse merges the energizing beats of the music with a dynamic workout experience that you won’t forget. This class is filled with lively hills and flat roads that work up a sweat.

Energize Your Ride

Are you ready to kickstart your ride with a membership? Check out our best memberships and packages.

  • Come dressed comfortably and ready to sweat! We suggest bringing a bottle of water and a towel.

  • No, we offer in-house shoe rentals for a small fee but you’re always welcomed to bring your own. We have SPD-compatible pedals.

  • All of our classes will offer modifications for every fitness level. And remember, you are your own competition.

  • Great question, our classes range from 35-60 minutes.

  • We are at the intersection of 5th and 6th streets, directly across from the CMPD station.

  • Our building is conveniently located next to a parking garage. There is also street parking nearby.
